[/quote] No what is a shame is that you think the world series is full of mediocre teams this year. Rangers are a great team. I don't care for the giants. So my opinion is a little biased. But i say the Rangers will win in 4-6 games. Either way we get two games with cliff lee. |

They have the best pitching staff in all of baseball. |

Don't gotta hate mang [/quote] Superb? Wha-what? Linecum is a star. This much is true. Thats about all they have. Other starters are hit and miss. Brian Wilson is...well there really isn't much to say about a guy with pubes superglued to his face. Philly's offense just never seemed like they wanted to be there. The Giants just got hot at the right time(Little known fact, Cody Ross is a journeyman who is hitting sub-230 on his career). Not really trying to hate, I'm pretty indifferent with these two teams. SF isn't better by any stretch, they just played better over the last week. Philly will most likely be right back here next year, SF is a huge question mark. Two above, Best pitching staff in baseball? Do you even watch baseball? Philly has got the best 1-2-3 starters in the league(This is an agreed upon fact). Texas has Lee/Wilson. NYY have Sabathia, Hughes, and Burnett when he's not having a down year. There are a TON of teams with better staffs. |
