Lump under left nipple?

A few weeks ago I noticed that my left nipple looked a bit bigger than my right. I thought nothing of it and left it alone. Now, it's still bigger and If I feel both of my nipples I can see that there's a weird lump under my left that isn't present in my right nipple. What could be the cause of this? I'm 15.
