What items CANNOT be enhanced?

I'm kinda confused on this system... could anyone clarify how it works? What kinds of items cannot be enhanced? Thanks in Advance~

I believe any piece of equipment that has all of its slots used can be enhanced. Enhancement scrolls "enhance" the base stats of the piece of equipment. It might even add a new stat to it.

If it has no slots, it can't be enhanced or potentialed.

You can't enhance equipment that had no slots to begin with. You can't enhance equipment with slots. Pretty much what the first and third poster said.

Anything USE, SETUP, ECT, or CASH cant be enhanced... :P Sorry I just had to do it.

You can't enhance or potential an Evan's dragon gear (though I'm unsure if that has slots...)
