Talking witch hat vs job hat

Question for everyone: Why do people even bother scrolling talking witch hats? It takes a lots and lots of tokens to make one better than the job hat (the +12 stat one) and they cant ever surpass the zhelm, which just about everybody has nowadays. People can be using it on zombie army rings, which will be valuable after event is over. So why is everyone wasting tokens on witch hats?

you can make it as good as a zhelm if you are lucky and the tokens aren't that hard to get

Wow, kids these days just don't stop to think do they? 1) Tokens are EXTREMELY easy to get, I know of people who can get 1.7k of them an hour while the average person can get close to 300-400 an hour 2) Making them is free (minus pot cost) 3) TWH is level 20, zhelm is 50. Wouldn't a nice 15+ TWH be nice before zhelm 4) Chances are unbelievable low, but you can get a 36/36/36/36 TWH, which at level 20 is amazing 5) Getting a TWH with 2 stats 10+ isn't really that hard 6) TWH > Job "animal" hats solely because TWH have more potential at a cheaper cost of being better. Which would you rather prefer as a pirate; a 12 dex "animal" hat or a 15 str 10 dex TWH? That good enough for you? Ever think they have reasons like they have lower leveled characters w/o zhelms that they want to get a nice hat on? Or maybe they're trying to scroll a good hat and sell it, or just plain look at it and say, "hey, I just scrolled a *insert color* item....yay!"? You have no right to say they're wasting their time. If they want to go do it why does that bother you? You're truly ignorant.

Scrolling the job hats is expensive. Witch hats are easy and cheap alternative for two or more stats hat. I want one with +10 all stat at least before the event ends.
