Hi guys i got a lv 30 katara with 23 base attack but with 4 attack h potential and...... Ignore %d%%% of the Target's Physical/Mag atk when attacking +15 what does this mean? thx (Epic Item)

What don't you understand? It's written in plain English. It simply means: Ignore %d%%% of the Target's Physical/Mag atk when attacking +15 Okay I'm kidding. No idea.

Let's ignore the %d%d%d mumbo jumbo and plug in the number at the end. Ignore %d%%% of the Target's Physical/Mag atk when attacking: +15 Ignore xxx of the Target's Physical/Mag atk when attacking: +15 Ignore 15 of the Target's Physical/Mag atk when attacking. So they basically have 15 less magic and weapon attack, when attacking you. Or maybe they lose 15% of it, but that seems a little drastic.

It means that if a monster hits you with 100 dmg, now you'll just receive 85 dmg. At least theoretically thats the effect you get, so go on and test it on some high dmg monsters and let us know.
