I have 80 tokens left,but i don't wanna spend it on another ring,so is the broomstick worth it?

The chair is untradeable but looks cool, get 4 rings and that will help your character a lot. Unless you have a warrior that needs and are planning on scrolling it, then don't get it.

I don't know about you, but I'm going to stuff my mules with rings and maybe a few brooms. The rings are one of the few rings that are tradable, no level requirement, decent stat gain and amazing Hp/Mp increase. The brooms are just there for show and just collector items, but maybe in a few years, they will be like the '06 Maple Dana of today.
