Does anyone know how to get the 25 Silver, Gold, and Brass keys? I cant figure out where you get them.

People who did the quest last year, have completed it now already, but we did 3 PQs and none of the 3 Olivia bosses dropped any doll, and you need like 15 to make an Olivia chair? Plus people who didn't do the quests last year can't do it because Nexon forgot to put the Olivia NPC in the game in the first place, then they did an unscheduled SC, and then they forgot to make the monsters in the haunted house drop the keys... GG Nexon.
