Can someone list all the towns that have Witch Malady NPC ? I cant find one in aqua or mulung ;[

ok we all know about the perion on. the sc said it fixed it so other towns can have malady. so far i havent found her in aqua mulung orbis -___- now im checkin ludi. i dont wanna have to travel back to perion everytime my inv full >=o

Can't find it in Ludi, Aqua, Mu Lung, KFT, or Orbis. On my way to Ellinia. :P Edit: Ellinia has one. The witch is near the bottom.
