Well if you scroll it two of the stats will be picked and you will only get stats for them when you scroll

Those hat are godly when you get pass 12 stat, lvl 20 and tradeable.

Keep scrolling hats and you'll end up witha 12+ stat one. IN WINDIA: Rings: 1m usually; 2.5m at the highest. Hats: Clean- 500k-2m; depending on who you buy from/sell to. Brooms: Clean- 300k-1.5m; depending on who you buy from/sell to. Scrolls: 100k-1m; depending on who you buy from/sell to.
