"Love" =/= sex. Just because you really like someone, doesn't necessarily mean that you two should have sex. I'd say wait until you know that she is really the one, and that you will stay with her for the rest of your life. But if it were me, really, I'd wait till after mairrage.

Depends on where you live, b/c of "age of consent". But... if you aren't sure you want to do it, or if your partner isn't sure, don't do it. Not all relationships are based on sex. If you do though, please use birth control (condoms and something else).

Being married to someone whom you are sexually incompatible with is unfortunate.
