Mine was +4 dex, fully upgraded.

I scrolled two so far. First one was 0/0/1/0 on the first slot. My current one is 0/11/0/8 2 slots

I got a 11str/9dex/9int before 2 slots, or something like that. Used another one and it went down to 6str/8dex/9int 1 slot, or...I can't remember, but it was close to that. Though, it's not that bad. I've only attempted one after all. :p I would've laughed if the str and dex exceeded my Zhelm. xD
