As the title states,I can't find Olivia,where is she this year?

So Nexon readded the quest but not the NPC?

Skull smegas are 400nx instead of 1400nx. < Mistake or conspiracy from nexon? Who knows.. They forgot to put Olivia's NPC and malady in towns.

There's no event that involves Olivia. Look the MS website again and you'll see by urself. No Olivia chairs this year dear lady ;)

People were suggesting a server check to add in missing npcs, and maybe fix the drop rate of tokens, but nothing's been said.

nexon had olivia's quest posted on the halloween events thing, but thye removed it later, her quest is on available section of quests (Q hotkey)

But when you click on "Find NPC" you can't reach it, either being in NLC...
