Epic glasses (countine cubing?)

So i recently potentialed broken glasses and the stats are 1/1/1/1 2slots with a potential of 4% int and 2% luk should i countine cubing or is this good enough? Im also planning to sell these so does anyone have a p/c on the current stats?

Why do people always run out of ideas in the forth slot, so they write something ridiculous or random.
