Do sp points from lvl 55 job advancment transfer?

so my db is 64 13% away from 65, and i was wondering if the points i earn between 55-70 transfer to my next job advancement, or do i have to use them up before advancing thank you all in advance

According to all the guides, ya they transfer, and I don't think it was changed in the latest patches
