i forget which monster but I got a few when I was doing the quests in the kerning square.

You can get it from Maple Coins and i heard it drops from Manniquins, but i only got the lvl50 ones from Manniquins.

I remember a monster dropping it, but I forgot what monster I killed. -__- you can also get it from CPQ1 easily.
