Question about changes to characters

I was looking at the guide and noticed that a lot of skills were being changes in various ways, most notably attack spells (cold beam, thunderbolt ect.) were having their max level decreased by 10 skill points. I also noticed that new skills were being added. My question is, if we have those skills at 30, when the big bang comes out and they are lowered to 20, will we regain the 10 skill points to be re-allocated to other skills?

i think you will just get 3 points for every level ((72-8)x3), & not only get the points back from skills -8 for beginners levels 7 to spend in 3rd job (1+2(3)) around 120 points to put in 2nd job the rest in 1rst job (i dont remember how many we get while advancing to 1rst & 2 nd jobs...)

We get full SP resets. Relax, it says so in the guide.
