| There's really a ton of different ways you can skin your windows. WindowBlinds, which is made by Stardock is one way you can change EVERYTHING, but it's a Pay Program. bbLean is a version of Blackbox that will run in Windows. Blackbox was originally intended for Linux, but someone converted it for Windows. Blackbox is completely customizable, you can add your own menus and import plugins to suit your needs. You can download bbLean at link and I don't remember where I can my theme, it's the Half-Life 2 theme though. The boxes with the Icons are one of the plugins found on the plugin list.
