Are rex's earrings hard to get?

So, I need the 10% hp on my NL, and I was wondering if they're hard to get or not. Also, are there any pre-quests I need to do? Any help would be great, thanks.

You should find a pair within 10 PQs or so, took me 4 to find a pair dropping (got looted and ended up buying another f3)

i heard they werent hard to get but super annoying because the pq is defend a mob for 20mins then fight the boss who may or may not drop one earring per pq then the pq is over no bouns rewards

I see. How many people do you need to do the pq, are there a lot of people who do it and are there pre-quests? ;~;

its 3 minimum, so people usually go in 3's since 1person for each colour earring, and i think you gota do a pre-quest to get heat bag, an your all set!

its a multiplier for how many people you go in with, if you need earrings badly get 5 other trusted people to help you with it

[/quote] You dont need the heatbag waste of a steel plate srsly once you see light bulbs on every 3rd job npc you can do the pq once your in a party go back to shammos register ur party then dont change ur party or you will have to re- register to start the pq.

The pre quests are only neccecary if you're the leader.(Which you definatley want to be) Since you have a NL the pq isnt hard AT ALL, its even possible to just finish with 2 Lv 75 ppl. As said before you need 3 ppl, preferable one for each earring, ergo You(Thief for blue) a Str/Dex user(Who gets red) and a mage(Who can take green) Make sure you tell your party who gets which and if anyone ignores you or acts like they dont speak english just kick them because they WILL loot everything. Doing it with friends/guildies assures you to not get scammed but its not neccecary. I got my first earring to drop in about 12 pqs.(Lol maybe im unlucky?) Its also a smart idea to devide the other 3 possible drops among the ppl: Saddle, scrolls, slates. Because if theres even one free for all item ppl can use it as an excuse for stealing the earrings.(Which sucks)

Okay, so. I want to be the leader so I can control who get's what item so there's no looters? Also, what level should the people be around?

me and my bf do it on 3 comps he logs off my third person so its only us two so we don't have to deal with looters.. prequests is pretty much easy..good luck

Lol read the first part. It doesnt actually matter what level they are since you can practically solo the pq on your NL. Theyre there to fill the void and as a thank you for that they can have the earrings with their jobs stats. (These are tips on how to avoid looters but there may still be some B-holes trying to steal all the stuff) EDIT: Dont forget to tell them to stay near shammos or the PQ will fail.

Every time i had to wait like 15min before someone would show up, then another 10min before i could have 3 people in a party. And usually before i found the 3rd person, the 2nd pesron would leave ._." Anyway, once i get in, EVERY SINGLE TIME i get nothing. Ive done at least 30 pqs and all i got was like on the 20 something-eth time a pair of underaverage green rex earrings, unpot. I just eventually gave up because i just didnt bother anymore.
