How do you get a goblin cape?

Hey i was randomely looking through capes today on basil and i saw a 5+ str clean cape (the goblin cape). I was wondering how I could get it... is thier a quest? or is it some maker thing?

You do a lot of pre-quests to summon the Goblins and you kill all 3 Goblins to obtain a reward from a quest. You can choose a Goblin Cape, Goblin Bat, or Goblin Hat you can only pick 1.

Hmm how much could sell the reward -goblin bat -goblin cape -goblin hat I have 2/3 summoning materials on my sin and would like to see if they are worth anything

that goblin cape is actually good enough for warriors who need a little power boost but still the best to make 10+ STR cape.. only you are poor or want a second hand cape if you destroyed your cape due to scrolling, potental or enhacing your cape.. not to mention that Cape scrolls for 60% STR i think are cheap as well... correct me if i am wrong but some people say 4-5 STR is to = 1 weapon attack boost or higher...
