| yes, just collect the phantom seeds and you can then go to the little guy's shop and you are considered an ally of the raven guys. On another note, to trade in badges and stuff you would need to complete a bunch of other NLC quests T~T which i'm still trying to do so i can trade in the badges to make some money |
