Korean Maplestory Installation Help?

Hi. I wanted to play KMS and downloaded the game client. However, when i execute the MapleInstall.exe, Error code =-40 pops up when i cancle. It works fine on the other computer which was made in Korea. Any suggestions or help? BTW, if I do manage to play soon, what is the most popular server to play in? Scania was the fullest server before i quit for 5 years. Also, please don't talk crap about whether I have a KSSN or not because I was born in Korea and made my acc and my brother's before I moved overseas.

Not sure but don't you Recieve an ip ban automatically

I don't know anything about KMS, but have you tried changing your System Locale?

thanks lelu! ^^ i had to run the program as an administrator to get rid of the error =-40 problem and i changed my locale to get pass the korean code page problem^^ thanks again for your help~~ and chunkyivionkey, there are no ip bans for kms.
