Well, just wanted to tell you guys to remember everyone can see your profile. You should also know parents like to keep an eye on you via facebook, especially when you're going to college/uni far away. My dad just called me ;p He said he saw I've got a facebook profile and then he was like "huh, wth you smoking?" I was cracking up lol. Any of you guys have any experiences like that?

I'm considering deleting my Facebook because of that. I keep up with the friends that I want to keep up with over phone and visiting. I don't care enough about keeping up with high school friends that I don't remember/won't ever see again to want to give up that sort of information to the WWW.

You know you can adjust privacy settings right? And even amongst your friends. I've had to tighten my security settings when I started applying for jobs, not because of my pictures or my statuses, but because I have some maple friends buddied who tend to be childish at times.

My parents don't have facebook, 'cause they don't use the internet. If they ever need to use the internet, it's for billing and stuff, and they always get me to do it for them. Soo, I got nothing to hide + my profile is set to friends only.

My parents are slowly learning how to use the computer, it's only a matter of time before they find out about Facebook and attempt to add me as a friend. Lol but of course, I won't add them since they'll just be invading my privacy.
