How's Merging Servers Sound?

Demethos, Yellonde, and Kradia one year ago = Dead. Demethos, Yellonde, and Kradia now = Deader than Dead. Pictures of my FM on Channel 1 on my Post Below (Since I can't post links in my thread without 5 approval ratings first) For once, I'd like to walk into the Dojo and party with someone that I HAVEN'T met before.

I joined Yellonde during the summer rollbacks. It's pretty dead. I'd go against merging 3 servers, but merging 2 should definitely be considered. BUT! if the servers are to be merged, the combined server should get 19 channels instead of 14.

You know I would have to say I love the idea. I know they merged dead servers in MSEA to help the players have more fun. Personally I think it should be like Mardia+Yellonde/Kradia+Demethos.. Something like that :].. I know you are gonna get a bunch of nibs being like "ZOMGGGG SCANIA+WINDIAAAAA DUUUURP"

I like my dead server, thank you very much! Now stay out! lol. I picked Yellonde on purpose BECAUSE it had the fewest people. Being able to walk into any "normally crowded" (on other servers) map and being able to find half the channels empty during prime time (except for 2x events) is wonderful! No need to camp out to get a map, and no need for KS wars! The only downside is the small FM, but so far I've been able to find everything that I need (except for Dragon Strike 20). And I don't know about you, but Yellonde only has 13 channels.

The most terrible idea I've ever heard. With merge server, either NX is as big as Microsoft, so that NX will bought a huge server, or we are all going to lagging as hell and no one can even do the boss run.

If you want to go to a more popular server, you have like 3-4 to choose from. The newer servers are for people who prefer a quiet community.

It was like my own private world, with only the people I like that played it and no KS wars ever. But now, it's going to be different after BB. After BB, party quests, training, and trading all require more people for it to be beneficial. Take a look at Lionheart Castle. 1% xp a minute with a party of 6! Amazing! Also, PQs will be available to everyone, and trading...well let's just say I like FM crowded. It's the only place where that's good. As with Demethos and Kradia, we also have 13 channels. If two servers combined, Nexon could just increase the number of servers to accommodate the influx of players, so no harm done.

If a merging would be considered, a vote should be taken within the server. A quest appearing once per ACCOUNT asking if they'd like to be merged with another server. If a clear majority is there, the merge takes place (and of course the new merged server gets 19-20 channels such as similar servers of it's size.

I chose Kradia because it wasn't highly populated. I like to actually be able to train , even during 2x, and not be constantly KSed. I also like not having bosses 'policed' by groups of people.
