 | If you all want to start calling everything "emo", then Eminem is emo too. Consider this. Many and most emo bands sing about songs about their emotions, which where the term emo is derived from. Wether it be songs from the heart, from lust to love, from happiness to depression, emo is usually associated with not-so-joyful songs. So by taking that, you have a rapper by the alias of Eminem. Many of his lyrics are hateful, saddening stories of his life. All the downsides and the hardships he's gone through. He raps about the problems he is faced with his daughter and wife. He raps about how his friends don't like him too much. He raps about the troubles and hardships he faces. And also, he has songs not really classified under these. Thus, when you think about it, do you think Eminem is kinda emo? Perhaps the first Emo Rapper there is. x] Consider this next time you listen to Eminem you anti-emo psuedo-gangsters. >:[ Edit of 1/10/07 : Wow, I didn't really expect this to live over a day long. I entirely dislike how groups of people start to convey and associate things that are bad when they weren't bad to begin with. Remember the term "gay"? The entire American society associated the word "gay" as something "stupid". Pettiful people. |

So says the top requested/favorited charts. |
