How much for 100% repair? And is the % to mesos ratio the same. (Say 50% repair is 100k, will 100% repair be 200k?)

Shoemakers/Glovemakers, I know they are in Kerning City El Nath Leafre Ludi. Those are the main towns people go to anyways, so just find the item maker in each town.
