It says the quest the adolescent wolf is completed, i finished the 2 requests. What do I do now?

Assuming you're getting the 100 mount: Did you do the quest where you have to collect 200 each of lime powder, ink bottles, and buttered squid, and 1 nutrient bottle (costs 40mil)? That should be a quest for Nanuke, the guy on the whale. Did you do the wolf jump quest in el nath? You start the quest by talking to Scadur. After finishing both of these quests, go back to Rien, and talk to Puro (or whatever his name is). He will give you the new wolf.
