It's 3 lined, but what should I scroll it with? ACC scrolls or the ones that add DEX? 10% or 60%?

i would say dex solely because accuracy is worthless post BB eitherway, keeping it clean and giving it good potential stats will be worth more than a scrolled one

That's what I was thinking... so DEX+Chaos or INT is the best choice (other than keeping it clean).
