How to get rid of pimples?

I have this ginormous pimple on my nose and i just cant get rid of it. It's huge, its the 1st thing someone would notice when they look at me. I tried popping it, for some reason it just doesn't...pop. Like i cant get any of the pus out, maybe its just cuz its my nose, and I also have a oily nose. I'm using Neutrogena On-The-Stop cream and it doesn't work at all. I tried putting ice on it...like o.o? and obviously that doesnt work. Anyone got any ideas of how to get rid of One huge pimple on a oily nose? I want to get rid of it, since I'm gonna be in a play this Thursday and I'm gonna have to present a History project next week

put vaseline, wait 4-5 hours, remove it nd try to pop it, it always works.

Whatever you do, don't try popping it again, and don't pick at it -- that can make it worse and cause the bacteria to spread, which would cause you to get more pimples :P Maybe try putting some alcohol on it (a couple of times a day), because that can dry it out.

o.o, hmmm so what some of you are saying is put 'tea' on it? Not sure, What I have been doing also is putting vaseline on it, but that doesnt do anything either. I'm running out of options since i Just membered i have to do a History Presentation next week and of course, acne...makes people lose confidence.

drink water every 30 mins or so and in a week it will be gone worked for me (too lazy to put on cream and bleh)

I would love to pop it, if it wasn't huge and then leave a huge red mark. But now it's just a huge spot on my nose. God its soo painful.< Emotionally and Literally Bove-Cept it leaves a mark. grr

pop it! pop it! then put some rubbing alcohol on it! >:D then put like Clearasil on it That usually gets rid of a pimple for me in about 1 night

If it was only that easy for me wonder where i can even get rubbing alcohol I was thinking of putting a bandaid, but that's pretty weird, not that its weird/unattractive already
