You must go to Grendal he will then send you to (insert map name here). Over there you have to kill over 9ooo HornTails. Once completed you must head back to Grendal. He will send you to The Darklord and he is gonna ask you to kill all teh DB's in maplestory. Once exterminated you must jump over 1 billion seas and swim about the distance of pi. And there your done. You have successfully gotten back your 1 AP wasted on dex 0.o
