Equips for a Battle Mage

I was wondering which class i should play after the Big Bang Patch so i watched a video of battle mages and i was like HOLY they look so sexy ;_; but the problem is, ive never made a mage before so i dont know what kind of equips i need. So if you'll help me, just list some equips that a mage would need (: Thank you in advance.
