Is 500 mil for an 8ATK Cape a good deal?

My cape is an 8ATK, no slot, hammered, potentialed pink adventurer cape. Someone is offering me 500mil, saying its not really worth much more than that. If that's true, I don't wanna be naive and try to ask for higher offers, I'd rather just sell it. Is it a good deal?

Usually if the person buying it is telling you it isn't worth much more they're trying to convince you it's worth less than it actually is so they can make a profit off of it
