Vip wep animations?

So i heard/ saw vip weps have a special animation. According to an i/l his vip shield makes a big lightning shield when he attacks. And a xbowman showed a screen of a little burst of wind when he used his xbow. I am wondering if all vip weps have a special animations and do they only work when used with a special skill if you have a vip item and it makes an animation please post a screen shot.
