Full Swing Glitch?

Hey Guys Well awhile ago i got my Aran to 70, pretty happy with myself and tried to get Full Swing (pretty sure thats the level 70 skill). I did all the pre quests, lv58/63/67 i think?) Anyway, i literally went to every NPC and couldnt do anything, all towns, all islands. I... Went to Eave (place above Helios Tower) and did some aran quests there Went to the 4th Job 'Town' and still nothing Went to the aran 'home town' and still nothing Did i do something wrong for a glitch to occur? I really want to train my Aran again, but it seems i cant do anything to get the actual quest to get full swing? i even traced all the quests backwards on hiddenstreet and i had done those quests! Thanks for your help

Check your Quest Log under Available, In Progress, and Complete for every quest then go talk to Neinhart in Ereve

do all lightbulb quests. if you have done all your elin forest quests at like...lvl 63? or 67 i forgot, but as long as you finish all your elin forest aran quests, then at lvl 70 you should have gotten a lightbulb with neinheart giving you a quest

ah this sucks. I know i had nothing. Any quests i needed to do that WERENT fromAran job NPCs?

did u do the one in the place, you know above helios tower? did you talk to neinheart?
