At what level should I make the switch from powerstrike to buster?

72 is fine. 2HKO 2 zombies/grupins - anything with around 4k hp

switch at 74. thats what i did and it was great. buster uses more mp so be prepared for that. and at lvl 75 ur buster starts to hit 3 times(only one monster though) if u put all sp got onto it, which means u will be 1hko zombies for super fast exp

I could OHKO Zombies around 60% of the time at Level 75 with a 95 att 5 str Holy Spear. One thing though, you aren't guaranteed 100% OHKOing Zombies at Level 75. But yes, definite level you can switch is 73, when you can mostly 2HKO Zombies.
