Charging NX in Maplestory

I am trying to charge NX using a credit card on the maplestory website but it keeps giving me this error: You have reached this page through an error. Return to the Charge NX page.(Code:0) I log in, click charge nx, click charge online, 5k, and then charge NX directly through your credit card. I don't know whats wrong but for every option keeps giving me the error.

same with me too. its been a problem for like 3 months and i reported it to them and nexon still didnt reply or done anything about it

Did you make sure you set your area properly, in the corner somewhere it should say a country, click that then choose your area.

Nexon has had issues with this for a long time. I haven't been able to buy NX from the website for about... 2 years now?

Wait- I must have missed something.. direct from a credit card..? I use my credit card through Paypal... are you saying there's an option to charge a credit card without using Paypal now..? If it's Paypal, a lot of the errors (login errors mostly) are caused by Nexon's security.. usually errors mean you've been flagged as a security risk. For some reason they don't seem capable of programming the thing to TELL you that though. Instead you get a "generic" "there was a problem during login, try again" message. Try sending in a Support ticket on the Maple Story site, and describe exactly what happens, including the exact error message, and ask them if they can help.

I had the same and sended a ticket to Nexon. They replied by saying i should use different payment methods...
