On July 26th, I submitted a ticket. I had signed up again to Maplestory in June because my other account became inactive since I quit. I submitted a ticket to Nexon because I never got the email reactivation link. The email address that I had used to sign up to Maplestory a few years ago is the main one that I use now, therefore it's not like I can't log onto that email. I can. I just never got the reactivation link. Well, the ticket just got answered yesterday. In October. And it was closed. What did the GM say? That I can only have one account so they can't give me the information to my old main account for "security" reasons. Seriously? If I had the other account back, I wouldn't be using two accounts. I only want that account back so I can transfer all of my items to this account. Then I'd probably delete it or let it go inactive again. So much for waiting 3 months for a response.

submit a ticket to the e-mail provider you had, the same thing happened to my friend, g-mail gave him his account back so he could play again, about 6 months later he got his ticket back from nexon saying no -.-

Shadowmazesx - I understand that it's just a game. Just because it's a game doesn't mean I can't rant about something that bothered me that has to do with the game. Oh and to the person that said the email provider thing, I don't have to email my email provider because I have that email account that I used to sign up for Maplestory a few years ago. I also have the password for it too, so the problem is that my reactivation link to have my Maplestory account reactivated wasn't sent to that email. =/ AckarRed - I'm just gonna stick with this account. I'm just kinda annoyed because I had a lot of great items on that old account and it would kinda help with my mesos situation now lol.
