So like i was with my friends i guess you can call them popular? ok so If you were talking to your ''popular'' friends and suddenly some nerdy/geeky guy says hi (Name), did you do (Teacher)'s homework? and you barely know them just tlkd a few times and said hi, what would yu do? Like all of your friends wud be like ''(Name)'s friend is a nerd'' or w/e. So what wud you do if some nerdy kid said hi? Isnt it embarassing? Anyways Id just say hi, not even answr the question.. this really happened btw. I kno its nothin big tho. -oh and i kno that i really shuldnt care what people think but in my school rep is a big thing people treat you as outcasts if they see you with someone thats not cool lol i consider my self more than average cause I'm in jv football, and water polo sports and alot of my frends are people in sports too and i kno most of the varsity cheerleaders . my bestfriend is a varsity cheerleader shes like a sister to me so ya i consider myself ''more than average''

I understand the influence of peer pressure, but if it goes to such an extent that you feel as though you're forced to neglect the existence of someone who is trying to live life just like you, then you might want to rethink your alleged friendship with the popular kids. Should they prove too myopic to understand that ignoring someone simply to preserve their lofty social status is absurd (not to mention rude and unethical)... then I've nothing else to say. The rest is up to you.
