How do I get to blue wyvern Hidden street map?

So i cant seem to get to the Blue Wyvern hidden street map. can some1 help me in directing me or there...or show me.... i'm at East Road in Leafre, and i'm clicking the up arrow on the little Chipmunk fellow locked up in the cage, and i still cant get into the hidden map.. can some1 tell me how to get to the Blue Wyvern Canyon...

Take the Taxi from Leafre. Keep going >>that way till you come across the 1st map with Wyverns in it(it should have a little grass patch at the top, and right after the Brexton map) Take the bottom most portal, then take the middle portal in this map. Then go to the top right (there shouls be a caged Hafling somewhere there) and press up. Viola! You're at Blue Wyvs.
