Why do bandit need Keen Eyes

| it had to do with gpq and such. people would argue, back when steal was a single attack and less useful, that going with keen eyes would be more useful for doing pqs that would require a ranged character. note that this is all just opinions and personal preferences. but now that steal is a mob attack and more useful, going with keen eyes is less appealing than it used to be. |
