my chat toolbar on facebook isn't appearing anymore

ok, guys well i logged on facebook a couple hours ago and my chat tool bar on the bottom right wasn't there so i couldn't talk to any of my friends also, you know how the facebook page shows online friend at the right? yah it is just blank. I thought it was a glitch or something and was hoping it would go away but it still hasn't. Do you know how to fix this problem? i have tried everything i know of but nothing that would fix it.

Try logging out and back in. Then do a hard page refresh (Ctrl-f5).
