Will they cost the same, be more expensive, or cheaper after big bang?

Most likely the same same, unless they are making it easier or harder to get weapon attack and weapon attack becomes more important or less important then what it's currently worth then it should stay the same.

I don't see a reason they would change unless glove attack scrolls drop more/less frequently than they do now. Anyone who has a WG will just transfer it to the new character (if they're making one). Attack gloves will pretty much have the same "about one per person" demand that they've historically always had.
