Nexon is doing their best but their best isn't enough I guess. If you can't satisfy most of the customers and I can tell they don't by all the threads that hate on nexon that means they are failing.

Nexon isnt too bright, instead of focusing on all this new content they should fix all the glitches and hacks that are currently in the game as well as making vista compatible and such. But in the end Nexon is a business and as long as thier making money off of us, they'll take their time and do as they please.

[/quote] Because the majority of Maple uses basil, and everyone who uses basil posts threads, and everyone who posts threads posts a Nexon hate thread. To the contrary, Nexon satisfies nearly ALL of it's customers. The issue is that most of those customers are absolute idiots that either blindly follow the pessimistic anti-social people with nothing better to do than to spam forums all day, or they hear it so much that they blow every little thing Nexon does wrong completely out of proportion. [/quote] If Nexon were to stop patching content, and start adding random long patches that add little to no new entertainment for people, everyone would complain twice as hard. At least with the glitches, not everyone is affected, and there's something to take your mind off of it. On top of that, the BBP itself gets a lot of compatibility issues out of the way, not all, but most. And Nexon isn't full of money-driven robots. You do realize that those 20+ hour patches actually require someone to sit at a desk working their butts off for that whole time, or do you not care about how much people are working to get you a little extra entertainment in your life?

Nexon is more interested in maximizing profit which is what any corporation would do. However, they are grossly negligent of their clients well being and would rather shun us with bold disclaimers and turn up empty palms when we dare need their assistance. I do not fall under the category of "immature spoiled gamer child" and I have to say Nexon has not done me one bit of good service upon my request, other than unbanning me for falling victim to the Jester-Ban glitch which was unjustifiable in the first place. I know the day may come when I lose everything I've built in this game, and when it does, I know sewer rats will consume every last bit of my rotting corpse before Nexon comes to the rescue.
