I'm planning to hunt for a Neo Eclipse for my Aran. However, I think it might require a karm, which I do not wish to use. Does anyone know if it requires a karma to transfer it?

I think the neo eclipse comes from dragon rider pq, not neo city. And no need karma, its tradeable

the Neo Eclipse IS dropped by nibelung in neo city, possibly other bosses, but I only know the one for sure. It requires a PSOK to trade. gotta love how im directly contradicting the guy above me, but I've got one, I know exactly what it says.

Nibelung drops the Neo equipments (Found Neo Dark Arund and Neo Black Mamba so far, all require PSoK to trade). Just a warning though, the repair cost for Neo equips is pretty high.

I thought durability items required about 5m to repair from 0%. I've yet to do it though, I never used my neo eclipse, I dont like it, since it has a slow speed. I think it lost 3-4% after fighting pap for maybe 10 mins, though i'm not sure. regular training would likely be different though.
