When i log in maple form the site it sed im ranked ROOKIE and when i try to search up my charaters they cant be found and i checked tht i typed in the roight ign :{

Don't worry, If you havent been hacking or going against nexon's policy then it's probably a glitch and you're probably only banned for 1 day. all 24 hours, or it could be 30 days.
