What the hell is up with return to nearest town scrolls

So I just got back to maple and noticed they changed the sound on the return scrolls. They used to sound awesome but now they sound like potting on apples. What is up with that stuff?

When I use it, I say "wtf, I ate the scroll". I don't mind; Edit the sound file if you want
