Which Monsters Drop Rose Earrings the Most?

As the title says, which monster is most likely to drop rose earrings or to be more specific, rose earrings with potential, if you don't want to write it down for everyone to see, could you please pm me your responses please?

Skeles Dungeon Edit: This is probably where most of them come from. Pretty much almost everyone 120+ train there. That's why there's so many of 'em. There's no best place to get a potential'd one. Chances are the same everywhere.

Skellys. But wt the release of hob pq and lex earrings, rose are a bit obsolete. I got 3 sets of potential lex earrings in a week. One 2 line, two 3 line. I'd do that before I bothered wt rose.

I level once every 10~15 minutes (10x or more exp)... Maybe that makes the change of ratio O_O
