10% chance of poison

I just uncovered the potential of a katara drop and one of the potentials is "10% chance to inflict Lv.4 Poison when attacking". Does anyone have any more info on what this does? "Lv. 4" isn't very descriptive. Is it a worthwhile potential? I figure with a DB's fatal blow and mirror image it has a good chance of inflicting poison, but I'm not sure what the poison is. Thanks.

My Aran had a pole arm with potential "10% chance of level 2 poison"... All it did was poison the monsters for 80 damage a second. Funny to look at, but not particularly useful. I can't imagine level 4 is going to be much better.

It's not worth it. Get to 120 and add 1 in Venom. Now THAT is worth it.
