http://maplestory.nexon.net/News/Events.aspx?boardNo=200&contentNo=009hj&pageIndex=1 (Official Site) Now I know we constantly have post of people complaining about how they can't run MapleStory on Windows Vista or 7, so when I saw this the first thing I did was vote "other" and simply wrote "make MapleStory fully compatible with Windows Vista and 7." I think this is one of the best opportunities we have to get this issue addressed. If everyone who hasn't already voted could do the same and pass this on we could have a chance. Again make sure to write something still, not sarcastic, and not complaining. I think my generic message works fine. Thanks.

I just did it. Its a shame that most people voted for faster leveling, even though we'll probably get the new exp curve anyways.

For all of you who select 'other' and add things like 'fix the lag' or w/e, You might want to add something to the effect " I refuse to purchase any more NX until the game is playable ". You might not think that your single threat would have any affect, but if they get enough ppl saying this, they might take it seriously.

I don't see much reason in the poll. Are they using it as a priority list? I mean, we're getting all of those improvements, right, but they just want to know what first things first?

[/quote] I wouldn't threaten them, they respond terribly to it, as you can ask any person who's ever sent an angry ticket.

Whatever they did this server check makes me DC a lot now. I played the game just fine until this morning. 50% of the people chose faster leveling. WHY FOLKS WHY

I did choose that :P also, I dont even really like that exp curve. Now when I'm finally getting to 4th job, there comes a new exp curve which will make it a lot less of an achievement. :S

[/quote] Which is why we have to be smart and pick something they aren't already doing. It's no promise they'll actually listen but at least we don't get an automated ticket response telling us to "run in compatibility mode."
