Is it really a window 7 problem? See if u have these problem

In Dojo there is this 10 sec lag, then in a few rounds i will dc, also cc in dojo means absolute dcing. I cc i will dc. i go cashshop i will dc. Bossing i dc. cc1 fm means i have a chance of dcing. I got all these problems right after the DB patch came out. Anyone experiencing these problems? Before DB came out, i didnt have any of these problems what so ever. Is it a win 7 problems like some ppls say? Tell me your thought. :D

maybe something in your pc, like half of win7 users say "win7 gives me problems" and the other half say "i don't have any problem ._. "

[/quote] Sorry, but mine isn't even a year old, and was bought with maple in mind (considering it's the only game I play online, otherwise I am fine with my 7 year old pc), with great ram, graphics, etc. And I didn't start d/cing til after the DB patch came out. However now I have yet to d/c other than the ellinia to orbis thing.

It's probably because most of you load maple from gamelauncher.exe on windows 7 website works better. and if you continue to d/c it's your maple. My windows 7 runs Maplestory fine. I never d/c . Neither do my friends that run on win 7. Also if you don't have a graphics card and your using an ancient 6150 graphics card then that explains the lag. Pre-made desktop give you the minimal requirement from graphics card. You can build a decently nice computer for 500 dollars total with screen mouse and keyboard. It'll run nicer than your average pre-made.

I also disconnect but only for the known issues that everyone else disconnects. Glitched APQ, Chapel Wedding, Orbis ride, CPQ pot-after-death. Etc.

It'll run nicer than your average pre-made. [/quote] My computer is pretty new. And after the dualblade patch i've been disconnecting ever since. There is defenitely something going on. I dont lag, my graphics card is fine, and i just disconnect with errors like "terminate MKD failed, Abnormal program terminations " etc. etc. pretty sad.

It's not that everyone has bad computers because the people having problems now most likely had little to no problems before. The game graphics are the same, but the patch they released is just screwy. I had no problems until they released the Visitor event. Now I keep disconnecting. That doesn't mean I need to upgrade anything on my computer. The patch needs to be fixed is all.

one question to pple who "dont" dc in windows 7? do you boss? because mostly I experience minor/medium lag when im playing and training and i survive on those ones but when I pq and boss thats when i start going downhill... so one question do you do any bossing or high level pqs? my grapic card is preety decent, 3GB is kinda decent, aswell as this comp was only bought in june and this is frustrating....happened also to my old vista comp which I smashed alot.....

i just got my classmate to join maple and he told me the game keeps crashing for no obvious reason and when i checked he had windows 7, i think its just the way it is

Heaps of ppl join/came back to maple because of db, could the amount of db be the problem? Wish they never had db, now overpowered noobs running around.

I have Windows 7 and it has been working well for me till the recent patch. The recent patch gave me horrible spike lags, although I can manage to do boss runs and stuff. =)

I use Windows 7 and never lagged/dced infact its better then when I used xp on my parent's comp.

^^^ well what happens to me in zak is Im ok with arms 1st body, 2nd body, but by 3rd Body background starts glitching I lag then dc.... there was once by a miracle of Jesus that I actually finished it but that was once....hallelujah

The problem is that nexon doesn't want to upgrade/fix the compatibility to windows 7 or fix thier servers to stop all of the dcing.

somebody in my guild told us to just change the graphics in game background quality at every zakum phase = u dont dc. Idk if it work But i was getting dc ed EVERY dojo run at 'snackbar', then i tryed it here, & it seem to work, now i NEVER get dc ed in dojo (except when i forget to change graphics), i mean , do it every time you change boss passed pirate, (-.-) 2 times at snackbar to be sure. (escape, down key, down key, enter, left key, enter). it also prevent me to get the 5 seconds lag between each boss. I really think it work, & i dont see how it can be a coincidence....
