. . .dry, dark material and yellow bile. She has done so twice today, spaced three or so hours apart. She seems to be fine now, but I'm still worried. She has had constipation for a few days, and she has been somewhat lethargic. We had a large amount of people coming and going in our house for two weeks or so, and they only recently left. She is a three-year old Miniature Schnauzer. Please tell me what's wrong with her.

Instead of posting a thread on a game site where the game pets include dragons, robots, and snowmen, you should consult a veterinarian.

HunterThompson O____O I guess google is your only option then. I haven't seen anyone on basil with extensive veterinary knowledge thus far. I find it odd that your father refuses to let you seek professional aid for your dog... Perhaps your father is responsible for the canine's illness! Jk, I'm just being a conspiracist.

It`s one of the instincts of a dog to eat grass(not any kind, 1 special type) and vomit afterwise. That way, they clean their insides. i`m surprised people don`t know this.. Anyway, it depends to be honest.. if the vomit had any grass in it, don`t worry, if not, worry, but I don`t think you should worry too much. Humands vomit too, right?

You really need to take your dog to the vet. My dog had something just like that about a year ago, and she ended up having an infected colon. That can be life-threatening, so the vet. gave her antibiotics to take.

I think my dog's constipation is linked to the vomiting. I'll try to talk to my dad to see if he'll let me take her. Linglight - No I haven't. |

Your dog needs a vet. Now. Basil does not have a vet on staff. To deny an animal vet care is against the law and is awful to do, morally. If you can't afford the vet, you can't afford the pet. Vet or risk losing your dog. At the very least, give it away to someone who can care for it correctly.
